Association for Better Communication (ABC) - West Bengal Information & Culture Officers' Organisation was created with a view to thinking & working better.
Sri Goutam Ganguly is selected President.
Sri Sukanta Roy is selected Secretary.
All officers of the Information & Cultural Affairs Department, Govt. of West Bengal are earnestly requested to join this new association 'ABC'.
